June 2017

Thank you all for your prayers! I have praise reports!
The children will remain in school, two beds have been purchased for the clinic, the fence will be complete, and food has been purchased for the kids.

“Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” – Mark 11-24

Lufafa was a friend before we decided to partner together and over the last 2.5 years, he has been a loyal friend. I love asking him for advice and hearing his wisdom. He is dedicated to helping vulnerable children and thankful for his heart to serve. It is official that I will be get to meet my friend in person the end of July. Be looking for pics, videos, and stories, and a special thank you!

This week for a powerful reminder of Ephesians 6:12:
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

Every week Bryan and I pray together for Lord’s Compassion Ministry, and anyone that the Holy Spirit places on our heart to pray for.

Please let us know how we can be praying for you. Email us at

As I watched my husband graduate a couple weeks ago, I was thinking about the children in Mafubira and their education. I began thanking Jesus and each person who partners with Lufafa Emmanuel and any other organization that works to send vulnerable children to school. Education is vitally important. Not only is education a human right that promotes freedom, but also according to UNESCO, “Education is a powerful tool by which economically and socially marginalized adults and children can lift themselves out of poverty and participate fully as citizens.” UNESCO also points out that there are “263 million children and youth are out of school.”Read more details here about the importance of education. Thank you for helping us make sure children will become successful in their future hopes and dreams!

Thank you again! Thank you Jesus! Let’s continue to be a blessing to others and act in word and deed. You can donate here and you can use the link below to write a post and share with others to help us advocate for children. 100 percent of donations go directly to care for the kids.
